This work focuses on food, activity, recovery, and mindset to identify what supports you and what does not. Meals, snacks, timing, and routines are refined to fit your lifestyle, allowing for balance, flexibility, and enjoyment.
We also explore supportive practices such as sauna use, massage, acupuncture, cold exposure, intermittent fasting, and cleanses, assessing what is appropriate based on your individual response. You will develop the ability to read food and clothing labels, navigate dining out, and make choices that feel aligned rather than restrictive.
Clients have access to direct support throughout the program for real-life moments such as grocery shopping, restaurants, or decision-making as it arises. The focus is awareness, consistency, and long-term ease.
